Corporate video production in Toronto

Brand films, launch content, and recruitment video for organizations that need the finished piece to hold up next to everything else they publish.

Also offering executive interviews and testimonial video — most brand films draw on both, and they can be filmed in the same visit.

Corporate video production in Toronto — brand film and campaign coverage by Omilia Visuals

What we produce

Brand campaigns

The film that carries a positioning shift, a rebrand, or a funding announcement. Built around one argument and cut to the length that argument needs.

Product and service launches

Launch video that shows the product working. We plan the shot list against your launch date.

Recruitment and culture

Careers-page and employer-brand video, shot in your workplace with your own people.

Recurring content programs

A standing shoot cycle planned a quarter ahead, so production runs to your marketing calendar.

Selected work

Corporate production across brand, event, and media work. Select any frame to play it.

How a project runs

Six stages, agreed before production starts. You know what happens next at every point.

01

Discovery and alignment

We start with the decision the video is meant to change and who is making it. Audience, channel, and the one thing a viewer should carry away.

02

Planning and direction

Shot list, location plan, and schedule, built against your brief. You approve the plan before anyone books a crew or a room.

03

Production

Shoot days run to the plan and to your calendar.

04

Post-production

Edit, colour, and sound. You review a cut and give consolidated notes. Two rounds of revisions are included on edited projects; further rounds are quoted.

05

Delivery

Final files in the format agreed at briefing, named and organised.

06

Integration

We hand off the agreed files in the format set at briefing.

What you receive

This describes full brand video projects. Capture-only shoot days deliver the footage only: no grading, editing, or revisions.

Delivered in your channel's format

Final files in the format set at briefing: 16:9 for web and presentation, or vertical and square cutdowns for social when the brief calls for them. Additional formats are quoted with the scope.

Colour-graded and sound-mixed

Every delivered file is graded and mixed. Captions are included, because most of your audience watches the first few seconds without sound.

Agreed revision rounds

Revisions cover pacing, cut points, text overlays, and music. The number of rounds is set in the scope so the timeline stays predictable for both of us.

Raw footage held for 90 days

Original footage is retained for ninety days after delivery and available on request, so a later cutdown does not mean another shoot day.

Where video pricing starts

Capture-only shoot days start at $1,200 for a half day and $2,200 for a full day — two cameras, lighting, audio, and the footage handed over, with no editing. Full brand video projects, where we shoot and edit and deliver finished pieces, start at $3,000 and scale with the scope. Two organizations asking for a brand film can need very different productions — one shoot day or four, one location or six, one finished piece or a dozen cutdowns — so the final number is set on a call once we know what the video has to accomplish.

Fixed published rates do exist for corporate headshots and event photography.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on whether you need footage or a finished film. Capture-only days — two cameras, lighting, audio, footage handed over, no editing — start at $1,200 for a half day and $2,200 for a full day. Full production, where we shoot and edit and deliver finished pieces, starts at $3,000 and scales with the number of shoot days, locations, and finished assets. We set the final number on a short strategy call. All prices are in CAD and exclude HST.

It depends on what was shot. An event recap or single-evening reel is delivered within 48 to 72 hours. A single shoot-day piece, one interview or one brand video, is delivered within a week. Multi-day brand films and documentary productions run two to four weeks through post. Rush delivery is available where an announcement date is fixed and is priced with the project.

The message and any script come from you, and you brief us before the shoot. Mood boards, shot planning, and on-set direction are ours and are included. If you would rather we develop the concept itself, that is a service we offer and it is quoted with the project.

Yes. Tell us at the scoping stage and we will build one schedule that covers both. Each service is priced on its own, so booking them together is about convenience rather than a discount.

Yes. We travel for corporate work across Canada, and travel beyond the GTA is quoted per project. Send the location with your inquiry and travel is included in the scope we come back with.

You receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use the finished video across your own channels, with no expiry. We retain copyright and the right to show selected work in our portfolio, and we can waive that in writing where a project is confidential. Running the video as paid advertising, or taking full ownership outright, are both available and priced separately.

Ready to scope a video project?

Send what the video needs to accomplish, roughly when you need it, and where it will run. We come back with a scope and a number within 24 to 48 hours.
