Get a QuoteOn full-day and long-day coverage, you receive fifteen edited images by 6 PM on the day of the event — open with the keynote, close with the award winners, mid-frames with the crowd and the branded details. Same-day preview is included on the Long Day tier; Half-Day and Full-Day bookings can add it for plus $300. It is the conversion differentiator for clients vetting multiple Toronto event photographers.
Ask about same-day previewFor fall conference and gala season (September through November), book at least four to six weeks ahead. August fills fast for September events, and prime dates are typically claimed by mid-summer. For smaller networking events and team lunches, two to three weeks is usually enough.
Yes. A second photographer is available as an add-on at plus $800, which is the standard way to cover concurrent sessions or to give one photographer the keynote while the other works the hallway, sponsor area, or breakout rooms.
Yes. Travel beyond the GTA (more than 50km from downtown Toronto) is quoted on a per-event basis. We've covered corporate events across Ontario and into Quebec and New York State. Send the venue address with your inquiry and we'll come back with a complete quote.
Every booking includes a private online gallery with all edited photos plus social-ready vertical crops. The gallery is downloadable for 90 days. Branded galleries are available on the Long Day tier; we can apply your event wordmark, color palette, and cover slide for a consistent handoff to marketing.
By 6 PM on the day of the event, you receive 15 edited images suitable for same-day social posting — opening keynote, award winners, crowd shots, branded details. The full gallery (300+ images) follows within 48 hours. Same-day preview is included as standard on the Long Day tier and is available as a plus $300 add-on on Half-Day and Full-Day bookings.
All published prices are in CAD and exclude HST. The 13% Ontario HST is added to your invoice. If your organization is HST-registered, the tax is recoverable as an input tax credit.
