What to expect on a Team Day
We arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the session begins to set up the portable studio in a boardroom, reception area, or lobby. A quiet space with reasonable ceiling height and good power access is sufficient.
Team members are called in one at a time on a schedule that fits around the existing workday. Each person receives direction on posture, expression, and positioning before we begin. We review test shots together and confirm we have what we need before the session moves on.

On-location setup is included in the Team Headshot Day price within the GTA ($250 travel fee waived for groups of 25 or more). Sessions outside the GTA start at $400 travel depending on location.
Team Headshot Day bookings deliver the full edited set within 24 hours of the session. Individual sessions deliver in 48 hours on The Essential and The Professional tiers; The Executive tier ships priority in 24 hours. Same-day rush delivery is available as a paid add-on ($95) for any booking when production schedules allow.
