The moments I photograph happen once, exactly the way they happen. I built Omilia Visuals to be fully present for them, so you can be too.
Omilia Visuals is a Toronto media production studio creating wedding photography and film, corporate event and headshot coverage, and editorial portraits for couples, organizations, and professionals.
I've been making art my whole life. Before I ever held a camera, I drew portraits of real people, and I loved the act of creating something out of nothing.
The first photograph that mattered to me was one I took of a group of seniors. When I looked at that frame, I couldn't stop looking. The lines on their faces held stories they'd never told me. Whole lifetimes were visible in a single image: the joys, the adventures, the victories, the pains, the struggles, the years of carrying on. I could see it in their eyes.
That photograph set the direction of my photography journey. I wanted to see people that clearly, and to keep what I saw.
Whatever room I'm in, I'm watching for the same thing: the moment people are fully themselves. I spot those moments easily. I always have. Turning them into your story is what I do.
And every one of those moments happens exactly once. It will never happen again, at least not that same way. Being there for it, seeing it, and holding it the instant it happens is a passion of my life.
Our name means “speaking” in Greek. The moment speaks. I listen with a camera.

Omilia Visuals is founder-led. Chris Egwuogu, the founder and creative director, photographs by default and brings in trusted second shooters and videographers for larger weddings and multi-angle corporate events.
Chris has photographed professionally since 2017 and established Omilia Visuals in 2021.

For weddings, a 25% retainer reserves your date and comes off your total. The balance is due a few days before the wedding, and everything is in writing.
Weddings get a curated sneak peek within 72 hours and the full gallery within 4 weeks. On the day itself we can hand over raw captures; anything edited follows those timelines.

Wedding photography starts at $3,000 for 6 hours, plus HST, and photography with film starts at $5,000. Portrait sessions start at $750, engagement sessions are $850, and corporate projects are quoted per project.
