How Long Does It Take to Get Your Wedding Photos Back?

Your wedding was three weeks ago. The post-wedding glow has not quite faded, but the anxiety is starting: where are the photos? This is the most common post-wedding question, and the answer is nuanced.

At Omilia Visuals, we deliver sneak peeks within 72 hours. These are 15-25 of the best images from your day, colour corrected and ready to share. Your full gallery arrives within four weeks.

Why does it take that long? A day of wedding coverage produces between 3,000 and 5,000 raw images. From that, your finished gallery is sized to the collection you book: a minimum of 300 images on Essentials, 750 on Timeless, and 1,000 on Signature. Each one is colour-corrected, exposure balanced, and edited to our signature warm, timeless standard. The editing process, from memory card to online gallery, takes us 8 to 12 working hours per wedding.

Our process: import and backup, first pass cull, second pass cull, colour correction, fine editing, export, gallery building, and quality check. Each step is intentional. We do not rush, because rushing leads to inconsistency.
