Toronto corporate headshot session — executive portrait by Omilia Visuals

What we photograph

Every team is composed differently. A founder needs an editorial portrait that holds up across press, the board page, and a keynote backdrop. A 60-person team needs consistent lighting and treatment across every face. Marketing needs LinkedIn-ready files that match the brand. We photograph each of those, and we treat the day so the work is calm for the people in front of the camera and clean for the team running the schedule.

Toronto large-team headshot day — Omilia Visuals

Headshot day for large teams

For companies bringing 50, 100, or 300+ people through a session. We bring the lighting kit, the backdrop, and the workflow that moves a person through in 5 to 8 minutes without losing the natural moments. EAs and HR get a calm room. People get a portrait they want to use.

For step-by-step planning, see our guide to planning a corporate headshot day for 20–100 employees in Toronto (coming soon).

How a headshot day actually runs

The day works because it is planned. Once a session is booked, we run a 30-minute call with the person organizing it — usually an EA, HR lead, office manager, or marketing director. We set the brief: what the portraits are for, what the brand standards are, who is in front of the camera, and what their schedules look like.

We send a one-page prep note that goes to every person being photographed. It covers what to wear, what to expect, and how long their slot will run. The questions an EA gets asked all day get answered upfront.

On the day, we arrive 60 to 90 minutes early to set up lighting, backdrop, and a calm staging area. Sessions run on the schedule the team built. Each person gets 5 to 15 minutes in front of the camera depending on the package. The work is quiet, the room is steady, and people walk out with a portrait they are glad to use.

Edited files arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Full retouching on every selected file. Cropping for LinkedIn, square avatars, and full-resolution archive in one delivery.

Pricing

Toronto corporate headshot rates sit in a wide band because the work varies. A single executive session, a 30-person half-day, and a 200-person multi-day each have different cost structures. Across the GTA, individual executive sessions run from a few hundred dollars to several thousand depending on usage rights and editorial treatment; team-day rates typically run $200 to $500 per hour for the photographer with additional time for setup, editing, and retouching.

We quote sessions against three inputs: team size, location (on-site, on-location, or studio), and usage. For companies running multiple headshot sessions per year — new hires, executive refreshes, recruiting content — we structure recurring engagement on a quarterly or annual basis. Recurring engagement keeps lighting, treatment, and editing consistent across every batch.

Pricing is quoted after a short discovery call. We do not publish a number for each tier because each company arrives with a different scope — and a posted number tends to either undersell the executive work or oversell the team-day work. Ask, and we will quote in writing within 48 hours.

For a tier-by-tier breakdown of what each pricing band typically includes, see our Toronto corporate headshot pricing guide (coming soon).

Why companies pick Omilia

Omilia Visuals works with Toronto teams that need portraits to feel polished, consistent, and human.

For a headshot day, the value is not only the final image. It is the way the day runs: clear prep, calm direction, consistent lighting, clean scheduling, and files that work across the company website, LinkedIn, press, internal directories, and recruiting material.

A warm, editorial aesthetic

Portraits feel like people, not LinkedIn templates. Lighting is natural-looking. Expressions are real. Crops are clean. The work holds up on a board page, on a personal LinkedIn, and in print.

A planning practice

The day runs on a schedule that EAs, HR teams, and marketing leads can actually manage. The prep note arrives ahead of time. Everyone knows what to expect before they step in front of the camera.

Frequently asked questions about Toronto corporate headshots

Toronto corporate headshot rates run in a wide band. Individual executive sessions typically start in the low hundreds and reach the low thousands for editorial work with extended usage rights. Team-day rates for groups of 10 to 50+ employees are quoted on a per-day basis, with the Canadian market sitting between $200 and $500 per photographer hour plus setup, editing, and retouching time. For companies running multiple sessions a year, recurring subscription pricing similar to the Canadian B2B benchmark of $5,000 per year and up keeps cost predictable. We quote in writing within 48 hours of a brief.

Per-person slot length depends on the package. A standard team headshot runs 5 to 8 minutes per person on the lighting and timing we set up. An executive session — a founder, partner, or senior leader needing portraits that hold up across many uses — runs 30 to 60 minutes and includes multiple looks and backgrounds.

We send a one-page prep note to every person being photographed before the day. The general rule: solid colors photograph better than busy patterns; brand colors work well; necklines should sit cleanly under a jacket or above a collar. If your company has a dress code or brand guideline, we work to it. If not, business smart in solid tones is the safest default.

Yes. A 50-person headshot day runs on a 5 to 8 minute per-person schedule across a single 8-hour day, with breaks. We bring the lighting kit, backdrop, and a second support person for groups over 50. For 100+ people we plan a multi-day session or a two-photographer day depending on what is lower-friction for the team.

Both. Most Toronto corporate sessions run on-site at the company's office because it is lower-friction for the team. We arrive 60 to 90 minutes early, set up lighting and backdrop in a meeting room or boardroom, and run the day around the team's existing schedule. We also offer studio sessions for executives or smaller teams where a controlled environment is preferred.

An executive session includes a 30 to 60-minute portrait sitting, multiple looks and backgrounds, full retouching on selected files, and cropping for LinkedIn, square avatars, board page, and full-resolution archive use. Edited files arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Usage rights for company-wide and personal-professional use are included; broader editorial or commercial licensing is quoted separately.

Edited files arrive via a private online gallery, full-resolution and web-resolution, with LinkedIn-format crops included for every selected file. Standard license covers internal use (company website, employee directories, internal communications) and personal-professional use (each employee's LinkedIn, personal portfolio). Extended editorial or commercial licensing is quoted separately.

Every selected file receives a full retouching pass: skin smoothing kept natural, blemish cleanup, stray hair, color correction, and crop adjustment. Heavier retouching — for editorial covers, larger billboard work, or specific creative direction — is available as an extended option and quoted on the brief.

Yes. Many Toronto companies prefer one studio across both — headshots, executive interviews, conference photography, and team events — because the aesthetic stays consistent and the production team is the same one each time. We structure these as recurring engagements or as single bookings.

Standard delivery is 7 to 10 business days for fully retouched files. Rush delivery in 48 to 72 hours is available for time-sensitive needs — a press release, an investor deck, a board page going live — and is quoted on the brief.
