The day works because it is planned. Once a session is booked, we run a 30-minute call with the person organizing it — usually an EA, HR lead, office manager, or marketing director. We set the brief: what the portraits are for, what the brand standards are, who is in front of the camera, and what their schedules look like.
We send a one-page prep note that goes to every person being photographed. It covers what to wear, what to expect, and how long their slot will run. The questions an EA gets asked all day get answered upfront.
On the day, we arrive 60 to 90 minutes early to set up lighting, backdrop, and a calm staging area. Sessions run on the schedule the team built. Each person gets 5 to 15 minutes in front of the camera depending on the package. The work is quiet, the room is steady, and people walk out with a portrait they are glad to use.
Edited files arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Full retouching on every selected file. Cropping for LinkedIn, square avatars, and full-resolution archive in one delivery.
